Shipping/Handling
Our main goal is to assist clients in finding the perfect piece that they can wear and enjoy for years. If you have any questions about a product—such as fit, measurements, fabric, or other details—please don't hesitate to reach out to info@milesleon.com before placing your order.
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail within the continental U.S. For international orders, we use DHL EXPRESS or UPS, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided in a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns, rejected packages, or items returned to the sender. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, as UPS requires a physical address (either residential or business) for delivery. Miles Leon is not liable for any customs fees (duties/taxes) associated with importing goods. Packages will be shipped with signature required, unless otherwise discussed previous to shipping. The customer will assume full responsibility if the package goes missing. Delivery shipping rates are as follows:
Local Pick-Up (Portland, OR) - Free*
United States - Ground Shipping: Complimentary Delivery Available
International - Flat Rate: $45
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. If you have any special shipping requirements, please note them in the "special instructions" section of the checkout form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. *Local pick-up is available at our studio located in inner SE Portland. Please contact us at info@milesleon.com to arrange a convenient pick-up time. Generally, we are available weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for either an exchange or a refund. Merchandise must be in its original condition with the original tags attached. Returns should be sent back to the studio within 7 days of initial delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that a $50 restocking fee applies for returns of more than 2 items.
To initiate a return, please email info@milesleon.com for authorization and the correct return address. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. All return shipments must include ‘Signature Required’ delivery; packages sent without this option that are not delivered will not be eligible for a refund. Miles Leon is not liable for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
Terms
When you place an order, a receipt will be emailed to you that details the items purchased and the shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections. Miles Leon is not responsible for shipping items to an incorrect address.
Orders may be canceled or delayed at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspected fraud, incorrect item pricing, or any other reason deemed necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, we will issue a refund to your credit card in the full amount of the purchase.
